Hello,
Have just found your site and it is a great tribute for those who served. My uncle, Peter Gerald Lechnir, was gravely wounded on July 10, 1967, while fighting on Hill 830 near Dak To. He was so badly wounded that he was assumed dead and was picked up on the 11th when a pulse was found. He was returned to the states and was a paraplegic until 1972 when he died of wounds they were never able to get to fully close or heal. He was added to the wall in Washington about 5 years ago. I would really appreciate it if you would add his name to your wall as well to be remembered with his comrades.
Thank you for your service to our country,
Tom Evans
