      1. You want to make the photo(s) public, and

      2. You own the photo(s)or have rights to the photo(s), and

      3. You are granting the management of 173d.com permission to post the photo(s)on the 173d.com site, and

      4. You acknowledge that once 173d.com publishes your photo(s)there are no guarantees they will not be copied, and that

      5. All photo(s) made public (published) on the 173d.com site are done so under approval of the management.

Please be sure to type in "photo submission for 173d.com" in the subject line and include your name somewhere in the body of the email message.
